"Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body."
- Richard Steele
I was born and raised in Adair County. I am a 1991 ACHS graduate and a 1995 graduate of Western Kentucky University. I am married to Chad Myers and have three children ... Will, Abby, and Lilly.
I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Library Media Education and a minor in English. I also have a Master's degree from Campbellsville University in English and a Rank I from WKU in Elementary Counseling.
I first began my teaching career at Knifley Grade Center over 20 years ago. Before the consolidation of the county schools, I transferred to Adair County High School. I have worked with all age groups of children and love them all.
The ACHS Library is available for all students, faculty, and staff at ACHS. We enjoy working with all of our patrons and look forward to serving you. I am also the Chieftain yearbook sponsor. The yearbook allows myself and ACHS staff to create, market, and enjoy a piece of Adair County High School history.
