     Hello!
My name is Mrs. Bridget Rowe and welcome to our class home page.  I am very blessed to be a First Grade teacher here at Adair County Primary Center in Columbia, Kentucky.  I am from Adair county originally and graduated from high school here.  I later graduated with my bachelor's degree in Education from Lindsey Wilson College and earned my Master's degree from Western Kentucky University.  I earned my Rank I from Indiana Wesleyan University.
My teaching career began in Arkansas where I taught Kindergarten for four years then later moved to Georgia where I taught First Grade for 4 years.  My husband and I then settled back in Kentucky and I've been blessed to be a part of the great staff at Col. William Casey Elementary and now at Adair County Primary Center.
My husband and I have a son, William, who is a student here in Adair County.  We are die-hard, true-blue University of Kentucky fans.  Our family enjoys attending UK football (yes, football) games and as many basketball games as we can--when we can find tickets!  We are avid SEC sports fans and enjoy watching our teams play.  We're also huge beach fans--especially the Gulf Coast area.  Our favorite vacations usually include some beach time.

If you are a parent/guardian of one of my students please visit our web page often for updates, notices and assignments.  If you lose a spelling list or newsletter please check our web pages to download copies whenever needed.
